Here at Carol-Ann's house, we encourage our members to actively participate in at least one off-site program of a therapeutic or self-growth nature during residency. Here are some of the things we can help with while you gain independence and plan for a safe, non-violent future:

- Safe, affordable, adequate housing
- Healing and empowering environment
- Provide support, guidance, options, referrals, and advocacy for yourself and your children
- Accompany you to places like appointments, meetings, family court etc. as your advocate
- Offer support group meetings
- Provide information and access to useful community resources
- Self-esteem building
- Job search and resume building
- Help with finding permanent housing for when tenancy ends
- Monthly group tenant meetings
- Meet individually on a regular basis to develop, monitor, and assess life goals/plans
